I make my goal in life to put trust and faith back to clients that there are a few good ones out there that really can offer an outstanding service. Recruitment is not about making as many sales as possible in the quickest way… it’s more complex than people think…what really makes a difference is a little extra time spent upfront with both client and candidate – really getting to know what makes a candidate tick and who will really fit into a team. This is based on skills, personality and goals, and very importantly culture fit. There’s nothing better than finding the right person that complements a team already in place or a new member of staff for that smaller business – I feel the excitement every time I find that complete match. I thrive on selecting candidates with the right ability and personality to match the culture and ethos in a company. I’m also passionate about getting the best from people and believe in motivating and coaching our candidates so they are confident and can secure their dream role. This is why I went on to win the best recruitment service and finalists in service excellence categories – the clients and candidates provide feedback and testimonials to enable me to listen to their individual needs.

Jaguar White was set up by Julie Grimes FIRP CertRP. Whilst Julie has many years of experience working in small to large scale companies both in operational support and as a recruitment consultant, she also has a background in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming).
So what is NLP? In summary it’s a way of understanding people and getting the best out of them. It is a technique which explores the relationship between how one thinks (neuro), how we communicate (linguistic) and our patterns of behaviour and emotion (programmes).
By looking at the way these relationships work together it can lead to greater success in changing our models of behaviour thus resulting in being more successful. For example, by replacing negative bad habits with positive ones and by being aware of your impact on others and managing your behaviour to get the best results in everyday life. Adopting this in her life and work enables Julie to enhance her success rate in bringing together clients and candidates.
